Class III Digital Signature Certificate

Digital Signature Certificate is electronically signing of electronically generated e-forms.

The Information Technology Act (ITA), 2000 provides for use of Digital Signatures on the documents submitted in electronic form in order to ensure the security and authenticity of the documents filed electronically. It is an easier way of signing with the dongle through your system. The paper work over here reduces errors in signing and putting valid information in the e-form has become simpler and less tedious.  Just as a written signature establishes consent and/or identity of the person who has signed the document, the digital signature on an electronic document establishes consent and/or identity of person whose signature is on the document.
